Booking & Cancellation Policy Life happens — we understand. To honour the time and energy that goes into preparing each session, we ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. ✨ All bookings are to be paid upfront, and are non-refundable, but you may move your class to another date if cancelled within the 48-hour notice period. When booking with Pure Soul Studio, you may receive appointment-specific communications (confirmations, receipts, and reminders) via email or SMS from our booking system.
